To make a reservation for a plot, apartment, bungalow, trigano or Cuban it is necessary to send a deposit of 30% of the total of your stay by bank transfer or postal order. Don’t forget to write your name at the time of deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. The plot, apartment, bungalow, trigano or cubana will be assigned at the time of your arrival.

Occupancy may not exceed the maximum number of places admitted.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, you must inform at least 30 days before the date of your arrival, otherwise you will lose the payment and deposit delivered. Cancellations of bookings prior to 30 days of arrival, cost 20 euros for booking management.

The NON-REFUNDABLE rate implies a significant discount of the total stay but with the condition that the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking and there is no possibility of cancellation.

The reservation will be held until 8 p.m. on the day of arrival, if you plan to arrive later, please notify reception in advance. Otherwise, the management will freely dispose of the accommodation/pitch.

In case of departure earlier than established in the reservation, there will be no refund.

We recommend that you inquire with your insurance company about trip cancellation insurance that may cover this type of mishap.

On the day of your arrival you must pay the amount of your stay and make a deposit of 100 euros in cash (only in the case of accommodation) which will be returned to you on the day of your departure after having carried out a review of the inventory and provided that you have respected the rules of coexistence of the campsite. The accommodation can be occupied on the day of your arrival from 15.00 h. and must be left free on the scheduled departure day before 10.00 a.m. in the morning.

In the case of pitches, they can be occupied from 1 p.m. and must be vacated before 12 p.m. Prices per day / VAT Included
