General Quaestions

How far is the campsite from the beach?

The campsite is about 100 metres away to the beach.

How far is the campsite from the centre of Calella?

The campsite is about 500 metres away to the centre of the town

Has Calella train stop?

Yes. Calella has it owns train stop.Si. At the same station, if you do not want to walk, there is a local bus that arrives just to the main door of the campsite.

Camping

Is it forbidden to barbecue at the camping?

Barbecues are allowed until 22 hours, only with charcoal and in the plot itself.
Barbecues with flames are not allowed outside the rented areas or anywhere else.

Fridges can be rented?

Yes, you can rent them on request at the reception.

Bungalows/ MobilHomes/

Do the Bungalows & Mobilhomes have air conditioning and wifi?

Yes, all have air conditioning and wifi.

Can I install a tent next to my chosen Bungalow/MobilHomes?

No.

How are Bungalows/MobilHomes equipped?

All our accommodations are equipped with sheets and blankets.
Towels have a supplement of 5 euros per person and stay.

Which is the maximum capacity of the bungalows?

The maximum capacity depends on the type of accommodation chosen. We have accommodation for 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 people.

Are there cribs, high chairs and strollers for babies available?

We have cots, high chairs and strollers for babies to rent with a supplement of 10,- Euros per stay on request at the reception or when making the reservation

Dogs or pets are allowed in the Bungalows/Mobihomes?

Yes, with a supplement and requiered to bring the animal’s health card and a copy of the domestic insurance.

Who takes care of clearing the bungalow?

Clients must take care of the cleaning. The campsite delivers the accommodation clean. In the event that on the departure day the Bungalow/MobilHome won’t be returned in the same conditions as it was on the arrival day, part of the guarantee deposit will be charged.

At what time shall we leave the accommodation?

Before 11 a.m. Although you can enjoy our facilities until 8 p.m. in low and medium season. Not during high season!!!

If we arrive with two cars, can both park inside the campsite?

Depend on availability. Each plot or accommodation supports only one vehicle. In case of arriving a second one and if there is availability, this 2^nd one could be parked in another area enabled for it and with an extra cost.

Bookings

How do I make a reservation?

You can book through our website or calling us from 9 to 20 hours all week.

Can I pay with credit card incide the campsite?

Yes, you can pay everywhere with credit card. There is an ATM also where you can retire Money 24 hours.

May I arrive and checking anytime?

You can arrive anytime, our reception is opened 24 hours except cars that cannot circulate from 12 to 7 hours.

At what time do I have to leave the plot?

Before 12 p.m

At what time do I have to leave the accommodation?

At 11 a.m. as much late.

Is there any kind of public transport near the campsite?

Yes, right in front there is a local Bus stop that takes you to the Calella train station and about 300 metres away there is another one which go to Barcelona Airport.

Do I have the right to a refund if I leave before time?

No, the campsite offers the option of taking out holiday insurance for 40,-Euros.

Do you offer any kind of discount?

Yes, 5% for large families, single parents, youth card and student card.

Animation & Leisure

Are there shows or activities for children?

Yes, there are several types of shows and activities, for children and adults although the number of activities and programs changes according to the season.

Can I rent bicycles or cars?

Yes, but to an external company. Prices at the reception. We do all the management in our office.

Should I sign up for joining the activities planned?

No, it is not necessary. You can present directly to the session but for better organization of the activity we do recommend you to register for it.

From what age can go children to the Mini Club?

Up to 4 years.
