The Can Saula apartments are new luxury flats (built in 2007) in the second row of the promenade in Calella, but with views of the sea, as the first row has some small single-storey houses in it.  

The features of these apartments are: 90 square metres of floor space, 3 double rooms, two fully-equipped bathrooms, a dining room/living room, fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, plus satellite TV, air conditioning and furnished terrace, and they are handed over to clients with sheets and towels. There is a swimming pool and communal garden with a maximum capacity for 30 people from the apartments and a parking space for each apartment.
